近日，山西省国资运营公司发布《2021年山西省属国有企业“腾笼换鸟”首批发布项目》，包括采矿业、制造业、建筑业等13大类63个项目。采矿业中，晋能控股就一揽子抛出了18个“腾笼换鸟”项目，山西焦煤也有4个项目，有的拟转让股权比例达100%。
