根据《成都市城市轨道交通TOD综合开发战略规划》,全市实施2035年轨道交通线网规划中696个站点和90个车辆基地，其余TOD站点由各区市县政府统筹实施。按照城市功能、站点设置、通达条件等因素构建了TOD站点四级分级体系：城市级16个、区域级59个、组团级140个、社区级481个。
