证券时报e公司讯，近日，中国能建葛洲坝集团作为牵头方与巴基斯坦GRC公司组成的联营体，与巴基斯坦开普省能源发展局（PEDO）签署巴基斯坦巴拉科特（Balakot）水电站现汇项目EPC合同，项目合同额折合人民币约33.35亿元，葛洲坝集团合同占比90%。
