申城持续时阴时雨，雨水窨井的淤泥也大量积淀。连日来，外滩风景区的养护工作人员乘着阴雨暂歇的空隙，抓紧对外白渡桥至十六铺沿线的近百只雨水窨井进行疏浚疏通，确保雨水能及时得到畅排。
