证券时报网讯，据发改委25日消息，国家发改委、工信部、住建部等11部门发布关于建立健全招标投标领域优化营商环境长效机制的通知。通知提出，严格规范地方招标投标制度规则制定活动，加大地方招标投标制度规则清理整合力度，全面推行“双随机一公开”监管模式，畅通招标投标异议、投诉渠道。
