证券时报e公司讯，2月20日，工信部组织制定的《乘用车燃料消耗量限值》强制性国家标准（GB 19578-2021）由国家市场监督管理总局、国家标准化管理委员会批准发布，于2021年7月1日起正式实施。该标准规定了燃用汽油或柴油燃料、最大设计总质量不超过3500kg的M1类车辆今后一个时期的燃料消耗量限值要求，是我国汽车节能管理的重要支撑标准之一。
