新京报快讯 据哈尔滨市委网络安全和信息化委员会办公室消息，哈尔滨市应对新冠肺炎疫情工作指挥部发布了《关于调整道外区永源镇等地区风险等级的通告》，通告称，根据国务院联防联控机制有关要求，从2021年2月16日12时起，将道外区永源镇、呼兰区兰河街道风险等级调整为低风险。
