据NHK电视台报道，截至到当地时间2月13日23时59分，日本报告新增新冠肺炎确诊病例1362例，较前一日增加了61例；其中，东京新增病例369例，较前一日增加了62例；神奈川新增105例；埼玉新增164例；新增相关死亡病例65例。
截至目前，日本累计确诊病例415294例，累计死亡6945例。
