红粑是贵州省铜仁市玉屏侗族自治县的特色年货，类似北方的馒头、年糕，以糯米和粘米为主，加以食用品红为颜料，经过碎米、打芡、揉捻等工序制作而成，象征着团圆、美满。在田坪镇白果村，家家户户吃红粑过热闹年。
