越南胡志明市公安部所属调查警察机关(C01)2月8日已对在胡志明市市眼科医院发生的“违反投标规定，造成严重后果”案件作出起诉《决定》。

同时，该单位也对犯下“违反投标规定，造成严重后果”罪名的阮明凯(市眼科医院院长)及阮氏贞娥(该医院副院长)作出嫌犯起诉《决定》并实施拘押令。
据此，调查机关确定，阮明凯院长及上述各嫌犯已违反有关提高人工晶状体设备价格方面的投标规定。
