证券时报e公司讯，翔港科技(603499)2月9日晚间公告，公司拟以现金1.05亿元，收购孙向东持有的上海瑞丰光电子有限公司100%股权。通过此次收购，公司可获得瑞丰光电子位于临港区域的成熟厂房，从而便于母子公司间协同发展，降低租赁支出，有利于公司加快打造一站式供应链基地。
