证券时报网讯，据长沙晚报，1月29日，长沙市住建局执法监管发现，新环境八方A区店(长沙八优房地产经纪有限责任公司)发布虚假房源广告，严重扰乱了长沙房地产市场秩序。2月7日，市住建局曝光一批住建领域不诚信行为，其中长沙八优房地产经纪有限责任公司、长沙兴易居房屋租赁有限公司、长沙链家立业房地产经纪有限公司德政园分公司等12家企业被曝光。
