2月4日13时左右，香港屯门轻铁钟屋村站附近发生交通事故。一辆轻铁列车与一辆货车相撞，造成22人受伤，主要为扭伤及擦伤。
香港港铁公司随后在网站发布消息称，受意外影响，轻铁610线、614线、615线及751线需要改道。同时将安排免费接驳巴士，接载受影响车站内的乘客。
