1月28日上午，浙江省人民检察院检察长贾宇做工作报告时表示，“许国利杀妻分尸案”已于2021年1月5日移送杭州市人民检察院审查起诉。2020年7月，许国利因家庭生活矛盾，在家中趁妻子来某某熟睡之际将其杀害。2020年8月6日，杭州市检察院以涉嫌故意杀人罪，依法对犯罪嫌疑人许国利批准逮捕。该案由杭州市人民检察院依法提前介入，目前案件正在办理中。
