合肥往返澳门航线将于2021年2月2日复航，此航线将成为疫情之后合肥新桥机场首个复航的地区航班。
去年2月9日，该航线因疫情原因停飞。“重启”之后，该航线每周二、四、六执飞，合肥至澳门航班时刻为19:10-22:30；澳门返回合肥时刻为15:35-18:20。
截至1月份，澳门已经连续280天以上无本地病例报告，连续180多天无境外输入病例报告。
