近日，有市民向12345政务热线反映，瓯海区新桥街道金蟾五组团小区外立面改造施工后，小区21栋5楼、6楼、7楼业主家阳台下水管出现排水不畅的情况，多次与社区、施工队反映，但问题一直未能得到解决。
