微山县、马坡镇、址坊村，村里安装的自来水，水表都在墙上，也没有做保温，大部分都被冻坏了，马路上到处都是积水，水资源都被浪费了，打管理自来水公司的电话也不接，也没人处理，找不到负责人，希望有关部门领导抓紧时间处理，老百姓吃水都成问题。
