巴万高速公路已于2021年1月1日0时全线通车，进入入网试运行阶段。
全线开通站点5处：清江收费站、杨柏收费站、通江收费站、春在收费站、草坝收费站。
未开通站点4处：万源境内黄钟收费站、长石收费站、太平收费站3个站点未开通；通江县内芝苞收费站未开通。
