据央视新闻消息，1月3日0时至12时，辽宁省新增3例本土新冠肺炎确诊病例，均属普通型病例，均为沈阳市报告。新增本土确诊病例治愈出院3例，本土无症状感染者治愈出院1例，均为大连市报告。
