2020年12月31日，青岛市公共空间艺术促进中心发布元旦开馆公告，公告称，为方便广大市民参观，青岛规划展览馆、青岛市雕塑馆元旦(1月1日~1月3日)期间正常开放，开馆时间为上午9:30~下午4:00，参观市民需做好疫情防控措施，全程佩戴口罩。
