受强冷空气影响，28-30日陕西有一次降温、雨雪天气过程。过程日平均气温陕北下降12～14℃，关中西部、陕南西部下降8～10℃，关中东部、陕南东部下降10～12℃。经综合研判，立即启动重大气象灾害(寒潮)Ⅲ级应急响应。榆林、延安、铜川、宝鸡、咸阳、西安、渭南、汉中、安康、商洛市气象局，杨凌气象局进入(寒潮)Ⅲ级应急响应状态。
