18日中午11点多，特勤站接到报警称北京中路植物园大门口有一辆电动车突然自燃，周围还有其他车辆。特勤站立即前往现场进行处置，到达现场后，消防人员发现电瓶车正在猛烈燃烧并产生了黑烟。消防人员立即警戒，于2分钟左右将电动车明火扑灭，没有烧到周围的车辆，此次火灾无人员伤亡！
