智通财经APP获悉，12月15日，上交所发布科创板上市委2020年第119次审议会议结果公告，江苏联测机电科技股份有限公司(简称“联测科技”)首发获通过。长江证券为其独家保荐人。公司拟募资5.82亿元。
科创板股票上市委员会要求联测科技说明：应收账款余额逐年上升、超信用期金额较高的情况进一步说明其核心竞争力。
