据永平县人民检察院消息
近日，永平县人民检察院依法对刘春元等恶势力团伙以涉嫌开设赌场罪、敲诈勒索罪、寻衅滋事罪、聚众斗殴罪、非法收购、运输、加工、出售国家重点保护植物制品罪等5项罪名向永平县人民法院提起公诉。
