按照省政府关于支持长春市政府治理城市交通拥堵会议精神及省政务服务和数字化建设管理局调整省政务大厅作息时间要求，自2020年12月14日起，我中心归集、提取、贷款窗口业务办理时间及96899客服热线人工服务时间统一调整为9:00至16:30，午间轮流值班不间断服务。
