12月9日晚，济南交警微信发布通告，交通高峰期（7时至9时、17时至19时）禁止轻型、微型货车以及悬挂外地号牌的机动车进入城市快速路、经十路（邢村立交至济南西立交）、旅游路（港西路至舜耕路）通行，并即日起施行。
