日前，北京市公安局公安交通管理局发布了《关于公布新增固定式交通技术监控设备的公告》。这次公开的摄像头，主要用于抓拍驾车不系安全带、驾车接打电话等违法行为。
其中，通州区共新增63个监控设备，涉及26条道路！
