11月27日下午，工行、农行、中行、建行、交行、招行六大银行一起发布公告，自28日起暂停账户贵金属交易等业务客户签约开户，已开户客户的正常交易不受影响。
各家银行给出的理由是，近期国际贵金属市场价格波动增大，个人客户交易类贵金属业务风险上升。
