答：感谢您的提问！根据劳社险中心函〔2006〕60号规定，按照国家政策为职工建立的企业年金和补充医疗保险，其中单位按政策规定比例缴纳部分不属于工资总额的范围，不应并入社保缴费的基数计算缴纳社保费。
