网友爆料：友谊大街某自助烤肉发现食物上有毛发，经过商讨最终被饭店赶出来，想起不久前的一次被曝光后厨脏乱差的河北电视台报道，过期肉、过期调料被继续使用，84消毒液清洗物品，各种拼接杂牌肉冒充牛羊肉，肉类检疫证明缺失，服务员满口瞎话，太害怕了。
