11月12日，中央纪委监委网站披露，云南一名曾花20万买官受贿近千万的男子竟是一单位司机。这名男子当地人称“周书记”，他实际上是云南省机关事务管理局车队原党支部书记，事业单位七级职员。2004年7月3日开始，周忠慧用日记记录跟谁到哪里吃喝，在日记中他对“成功秘诀”也有记录。经云南纪检监察机关查明，周忠慧涉嫌受贿罪、行贿罪等。目前，案件还在进一步调查中。
