11月9日，天津市疫情防控部门通报天津市一例新型冠状病毒核酸检测阳性者，在泊头市西辛店乡106国道卫生城饭店吃饭，请11月7日晚22时 20分后至今到该卫生城饭店吃饭或去过该饭店的居民，做好个人防护，佩戴口罩，立即主动向辖区村委会（社区）报告，并落实核酸检测和医学隔离观察措施。
