2019年底，女大学生小丽（化名）向某网贷平台男子马某“裸贷”借款5000元。之后马某以将之前的裸照公开为要挟，让小丽继续提供裸照，还变本加厉地要求每天视频通话、用亲昵的称呼叫她……小丽最终选择报警。近日，经福建省福州市连江县检察院提起公诉，法院以强制猥亵罪判处马某有期徒刑1年。
