张旭生，男，汉族，1964年11月生，江苏沛县人，本科学历，1982年6月参加工作，1984年11月加入中国共产党。
1982年6月至2001年3月，部队服役;
2001年3月至2001年12月，待安置;
2001年12月至2007年4月，临汾市人民检察院反贪局副局长;
2007年4月至2011年5月，翼城县人民检察院检察长;
2011年5月至2016年6月，洪洞县人民检察院检察长;
2016年6月至2019年6月，临汾市人民检察院副调研员;
2019年6月至今，临汾市人民检察院二级调研员。
