近日，潍坊市奎文区市场监督管理局发布“（潍奎）市监食罚决〔2020〕55号”行政处罚信息表，山东壳牌石油有限公司潍坊市奎文区潍州路加油站因销售无中文标签的进口红酒被责令改正、没收涉案产品、罚款。处罚依据为“《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第九十七条”。
