许多研究显示，无论病情严重程度如何，人体感染新冠病毒后都会产生免疫反应，甚至无症状感染者也会产生免疫反应，但尚不清楚其强度和延续时间如何。
而根据对其他冠状病毒的研究，一次感染不会产生终身免疫，所以抗体可能会逐渐衰退。
