聊城高铁西站将于2020年底正式开工建设，计划于2024年投入使用。
目前，聊城西站设计为6台15线规模。其中，京雄商车场2台6线，正线2条，到发线4条，穿郑济车场布置。郑济车场4台9线，正线2条，到发线7条。
