近日，河北邯郸一女子遭前男友驾车碾压，导致全身多处受伤。9月28日晚，邯郸市永年区公安局发布通告称，杨某因感情纠纷驾车拖拽该女子，并两次从身上碾压，目前女子正在治疗中，无生命危险，嫌疑人杨某已到案，案件正在进一步侦办中。
