据安徽省应急厅网站消息：
9月25日16时10分许，合肥市肥东县清泉路循环经济园内安徽久易农业有限公司苯磺隆车间内一反应釜底部阀门泄漏爆燃，明火被省危化应急救援红四方和肥东消防救援大队扑灭，事故造成2人死亡，3人受伤，伤者已送医救治，暂无生命危险。
