9月24日，湖南常德大学生因悲观厌世刺死滴滴司机一案在湖南省常德市汉寿县人民法院一审宣判。凶手杨某淇以故意杀人罪被判死刑，缓期两年执行，限制减刑。受害者家属表示，对这个宣判结果“不满意”。
