近日，有市民咨询市北区海尔世纪公馆小区以西、重庆南路以东、长沙路以南、蚌埠路以北地块用途。
半岛全媒体记者获悉，根据市政府批准的片区控规，该地块规划用地性质为商业商务混合用地、医院用地、供电用地等。经市自然资源和规划局了解，该地块将结合市北区政府确定的“数字科技大道产业园”陆续实施开发建设，提升区域品质。
