9月19号，安徽宿州，一名13岁男孩在塘边玩耍时不慎滑入深水区，情况紧急。
消防员到达现场后，经过半小时的搜救，找到了溺水男孩，并将其救上岸。
经现场医护人员检查，男孩已经没有了生命迹象。
