据新华社消息，生态环境部副部长赵英民16日表示，要以“十四五”规划编制为契机，优化顶层设计，将保护臭氧层工作纳入各地各部门“十四五”规划之中，进一步形成分工明确、协调合作、上下贯通的工作机制和覆盖各领域、全链条的履约治理体系。
