9月4日，公安部对10名重大文物犯罪在逃人员发布A级通缉令。7日，公安部刑侦局发布消息：已成功抓获张仲明、韦波、刘黎明（漳州诏安籍）3名A级通缉令通缉在逃人员，3人均被依法刑事拘留。
