07月29日，秦皇岛市公安局支队接匿名报警称：秦皇岛市经济技术开发区东区船厂小区3栋1单元1室有卖淫嫖娼行为，于当晚22时许对被举报地点进行查处，现场抓获正在实施卖淫嫖娼行为的违法行为人。
