位于陕西省宝鸡市陈仓区火车站东闸口的铁路涵洞，每年雨季都会积水成河，不要说行人，汽车都要摸索着过，而且西边物资公司门口每到下雨也会汇积大水，而且面积较大，住在这里的群众是无法出门，这种情况已经几十年了，也不知道该找哪里！
