厦门大学官方微博（@厦门大学）6月28日发布声明，6月27日晚有网友反映，疑似我校学生杨某在国外社交平台发表不当言论。我校对此高度重视，第一时间成立调查小组。调查中，杨某表示该推文不是其所发，并已报警。我校将继续深入调查，如确有学生发表不当言论，将依纪依规严肃处理，绝不姑息。感谢广大网友对我校的关注与支持！
