近年来，河南省南阳市宛城区依托当地农业资源优势，在全区8个乡镇建设18个农业产业扶贫基地，采用“农业龙头企业+产业基地+技术培训+贫困户”的带贫模式，通过土地流转、资金入股、劳务增收等形式带动1172户贫困户增收致富。
