北京5月31日，科隆总监魏勒透露，球队又有了两名感染了新冠病毒。
魏勒说：球队又有两名球员确诊了新冠，但我们不知道是什么时候感染上的，他们现在均为无症状感染。
在5月2日德甲开赛前，科隆队官方网站发布消息，俱乐部内有三人新冠病毒检测结果呈阳性。
