中国网地产讯 29日晚间，盛京银行公告称，本行于近日收到中国银保监会辽宁监管局关于肖瑞彦任职资格的批覆（辽银保监覆[2020]235号）。根据该批覆，中国银保监会辽宁监管局已核准肖瑞彦担任盛京银行行长的任职资格。肖先生作为本行行长的任期自2020年5月27日开始。
